Help with your account, reviews, verification and operator pages.

Write to [email protected]. For anything about a specific review, include the operator's name and the month of the flight, never your proof or payment details.

Your account

• Change your display name: Account → Display name.
• Delete your account: Account → Delete account. Everything personal attached to it goes with it.
• Blocked accounts: Account → Blocked accounts.

Verifying a flight

The fastest way is to scan the tail in the app at the airport, around your flight date. If you couldn't, add your charter agreement or invoice to the flight. If a flight needs another look, the app tells you why and what to add.

Reviews

• A review publishes automatically once its flight is verified.
• To report a review, reply or video, choose Report in its ••• menu. A moderator reviews every report.
• Reviews are never removed for being negative. See the Terms of Use for the reasons a review can be removed.

For operators

To manage your operator's page, ask in the app under Account → For operators, with your work email. A moderator checks that you work for the operator before approving. You can then confirm passengers' flights and reply to reviews. Operators can't remove reviews; if you believe one breaks the rules, report it.

Premium

Premium is billed by Apple. To cancel or change it, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
